Please be advised that Emergency After-Hours Drug Testing (urine) is available at a base rate of $200. This includes coverage for travel within a 20-mile radius. For locations beyond that, an additional charge of $0.65 per mile will apply. A non-refundable service fee of $39.99 is also included.
