Emergency After-Hours Drug Test

Post-accident DOT testing refers to drug and alcohol testing conducted after an accident involving a commercial motor vehicle (CMV) on a public road.
- Post-accident testing helps determine if substance use played a role in the accident.
- Alcohol tests must be completed within 8 hours of the accident.
- Drug tests should be completed within 32 hours, states regulations.
DOT 5-Panel Drug Test Observed – $200
(Reasonable Suspicion, Return to Duty, and Follow-up tests, Temperature Out Of Range, Shy Bladder)
- When an employee appears to be impaired on the job, or if there is a slip and fall or other accident on the job, employers should test for drugs and alcohol.
- This reduces employer liability by determining if the accident may have been caused by a lack of sobriety.
PURE-TESTING can visit workplaces on short notice to perform emergency testing, including administering breathalyzers.
- Technicians can be dispatched to job sites, the emergency room, or the scene of an accident.
If you need immediate dispatch for Reasonable Suspicion or Post Accident drug and/or alcohol testing:
